What is my Login ID?

You can locate your Login ID at the bottom left corner of the MBGC Card (10000XXXXX).

What should I do before I can log in?

For golfers who have registered as a MBGC Card Holder online, please check your email for your password.

For existing MBGC Card Holders who are first-time log in users, kindly click on "First-time Login" to activate your account.

To reset your password, please follow the steps below:

1.  Key in your Card Holder ID (100000XXXX)   (This can be found on the

     bottom left corner of the MBGC card)

2.  Key in your birth date (dd/mm/yyyy format) as your default password

3.   Re-enter your password for confirmation

4.  Key in your preferred hint question and answer

5.  Click the "Reset Password" button. This will generate a confirmation email

     which will be sent to your email registered during the sign-up of the

     MBGC Card.

 

Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email?

If you did not receive any confirmation email, kindly note that the confirmation email may have been diverted to your junk box. If you are still unable to receive the confirmation email, kindly log in with your new password and click on “My Profile” to verify your email address.

 

What is the mode of payment?

We only accept VISA and Mastercard for all golf bookings.

Will my credit card details be safe?

Yes, your details will be protected by a secure server.

How do I change my password?

If you would like to change your password after resetting it, just sign in to your account with your current password and click on “Change Password”.    

1.   Enter your current password in the first box.

2.   Enter your new password in the second box.

3.   Confirm your new password in the third box.

4.   Click on proceed.

 

Why does it show "Invalid Birthdate! Please Try Again" when I am trying to reset my password?

You will need to key in your birth date in the DD/MM/YYYY format. If you're still having problems, kindly email the following details to enquiry@mbgc.com.sg:

        Card Holder ID no.

        Full name

        Birth date

Or you may choose to call us at 6342 5730/31.

Why doesn't my password work?

There are several reasons why you might be getting an "Invalid Password" error message:

Set your CAPS LOCK key correctly. Passwords are case sensitive (meaning that "PASSWORD," "PaSsWoRd," and "password" are not equivalent), so be sure to keep this in mind when entering your password.

How do I make a golf booking online?

To make a golf booking online, kindly follow the below steps:

1.  Click on "E-Booking" at the home page.

2.  For Non-MBGC Card Holder, please click ‘Book Tee Time’

3.  For MBGC Card Holder, please login.

4.  Please read the terms and conditions before proceeding.

5.   Choose your preferred playing date and time, then click on "Book".

6.   Fill in the golfers’ details as shown on the booking page.

7.   Fill in the credit card details and then proceed by clicking on "Confirm Booking".

8.   Once payment is successful, please print the receipt. 

    Please note:  

·   Each golfer can only book one flight at each time. However, you may book another flight on the same day, 4 hours after the confirmed tee time.

·   On weekdays, with the exception of night golf slots, a minimum of 2 balls must be booked unless there is only one ball left on the flight.

·   On weekends, night golf slots and public holidays, a minimum of 3 balls must be booked.

·   MBGC Card Holder can book for non-MBGC Card Holders, and vice versa. However, there is a 10% service charge for the non-MBGC Card Holder.

·   MBGC Card Holder can also book for MBGC Card Holder. However, they must key in the respective MBGC Card Holders’ ID no. during registration.

·   For refund of golf bookings or/and changes of golfers’ details, the lead golfer must present the online booking receipt at the Marina Bay Golf Course Registration Counter.

·   Kindly note that you can only hold on to the tee time for 15 mins.

·   You may only commence booking of your preferred tee time and date 15 days in advance. Advance booking fees will be charged accordingly.

 

Why doesn’t the page show?

Please ensure that pop-up blocker has been disabled so as to fully utilize our E-Booking services.

 

What must I produce at Marina Bay Golf Course on my date of play?

Golfer has to print the online receipt and present it to the Marina Bay Golf Course counter staff during the actual day of play. All golfers, including the lead golfer who has made the booking, must produce their MBGC Card (if any), valid handicap card and identity card for verification. Please refer to the Rules and Regulations of Marina Bay Golf Course for the detailed requirements.

 

As an Employment Pass / Work Permit/ Dependent Pass Holder, do I enjoy discounted golfing rates if I sign up as a MBGC Card Holder?

In addition to the lowered service charge, you will enjoy discounted golfing rates if you are also a my golf kaki Ordinary/Senior/Junior member. However, payment and registration for MBGC Card by the my golf kaki member have to be done over the MBGC counter and the my golf kaki membership card must be presented for verification. All other terms and conditions (available at http://www.mbgc.com.sg/) regarding handicap requirements etc shall apply. If the MBGC Card registration is successful over the counter, my golf kaki members may proceed to use the E-Booking System and enjoy discounted golfing rates. If the MBGC Card registration is done online, Visitor golfing rates apply. No refund can be made.

Why should I sign up as a MBGC Card Holder?  

The MBGC Card is designed to help better manage our booking system and will eventually eliminate the need for our staff to record golfers’ details manually. This in turn will shorten the queue time for golfers to book their flight.

Benefits for Card Holders:

Lower Service Charge - With an annual registration fee of $20 (exclusive of GST), golfers get to enjoy a lowered service charge of 5% instead of 10%  for all golf bookings during the one-year validity period.

How do I register as a MBGC Card Holder?  

To sign up as a MBGC Card Holder online, just click on “New Card Holder Registration” and fill out your personal particulars. Upon registering successfully with us online, a registration fee of $20 (exclusive of GST) will be charged to your credit card. Your MBGC card will be ready for collection within one week from the date of registration. Alternatively, you may wish to call us at 63425730/31 to check on your card status.

 

How do I make changes to my booking?  

Golfer will have to call MBGC at 63425730/31 or email to golfbookings@mbgc.com.sg should they require to make any changes to their booking. Kindly note that to change the date of play, golfer will have to inform us (2) two days before the stipulated day of play. Please refer to our Rules and Regulations for cancellation or refund policy.

Cancellation of advance booking (s) must be made in writing by the "lead golfer" and sent via email or facsimile to MBGC no less than two (2) days before the stipulated date of play. The cancellation will be in effect only when MBGC acknowledges receipt of the cancellation in writing.
