Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email?

If you did not receive any confirmation email, kindly note that the confirmation email may have been diverted to your junk box. If you are still unable to receive the confirmation email, kindly log in with your new password and click on “My Profile” to verify your email address.


What is the mode of payment?

We only accept VISA and Mastercard for all golf bookings.

Will my credit card details be safe?

Yes, your details will be protected by a secure server.

How do I make a golf booking online?

To make a golf booking online, kindly follow the below steps:

1. Click on "E-Booking" at the home page.

2. Please read the terms and conditions before proceeding.

3.   Choose your preferred playing date and time, then click on "Book".

4.   Fill in the golfers’ details as shown on the booking page.

5.   Fill in the credit card details and then proceed by clicking on "Confirm Booking".

6.   Once payment is successful, please print the receipt. 

    Please note:  

·   Each golfer can only book one flight at each time. However, you may book another flight on the same day, 4 hours after the confirmed tee time.

·   On weekdays, with the exception of night golf slots, a minimum of 2 balls must be booked unless there is only one ball left on the flight.

·   On weekends, night golf slots and public holidays, a minimum of 3 balls must be booked.

·   For refund of golf bookings or/and changes of golfers’ details, the lead golfer must present the online booking receipt at the Marina Bay Golf Course Registration Counter.

·   Kindly note that you can only hold on to the tee time for 15 mins.

·   You may only commence booking of your preferred tee time and date 15 days in advance. Advance booking fees will be charged accordingly.

What must I produce at Marina Bay Golf Course on my date of play?

Golfer has to print the online receipt and present it to the Marina Bay Golf Course counter staff during the actual day of play. All golfers, including the lead golfer who has made the booking, must produce valid handicap card and identity card for verification. Please refer to the Rules and Regulations of Marina Bay Golf Course for the detailed requirements.


How do I make changes to my booking?  

Golfer will have to call MBGC at 63425730/31 or email to golfbookings@mbgc.com.sg should they require to make any changes to their booking. Kindly note that to change the date of play, golfer will have to inform us (2) two days before the stipulated day of play. Please refer to our Rules and Regulations for cancellation or refund policy.

Cancellation of advance booking (s) must be made in writing by the "lead golfer" and sent via email or facsimile to MBGC no less than two (2) days before the stipulated date of play. The cancellation will be in effect only when MBGC acknowledges receipt of the cancellation in writing.
